Tapas (Silverado Cooking School)

Tapas make a great start to a meal as an hors d’oeuvre or you can make an entire meal of small bites. Learn easy, delicious tapas that you can make ahead or quickly cook off for your guests as they arrive. At the end of this class, you will have a selection of great recipes to add to your party repertoire. When we’re finished, enjoy many small bites accompanied with a glass of sparkling wine*.

Croquetas LHardy
